BRANT, NY (WKBW) State Troopers arrested 25-year-old Dakota Mack on Wednesday during a traffic stop on State Route 483 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.

Troopers say they were stopping Mack for speeding when they saw him throw a prescription bottle and zip-lock bag out the driver's side window.

Troopers searched the roadside and recovered the items. Three knotted baggies of cocaine were found inside the bottle, and five grams of marijuana were found inside the zip-lock bag.

Mack was arrested on the following charges: 5th degree felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Dakota Mack is due in Brant Town Court later this month.
