RIM Apologizes for BlackBerry Outage, Says Services Restored

Research in Motion on Thursday apologized for a three-day service issue that plagued BlackBerry mobile device customers this week and said that the issues had been solved, according to MSNBC.

Company co-CEO Mike Lazaridis posted a video apology on RIM's website. The issues, according to the report, involved BlackBerry messaging and email services.
