According to BuffaloGasPrices.com, the average retail gasoline prices in Buffalo have risen 4.4 cents per gallon in the past week, to an average of $3.06/gallon.
Nationally, the average increase was 3.1 cents per gallon with a national average of $2.88/gallon.
Including the past week's gasoline price change, gas costs about 19.5 cents per gallon more than a year ago and 9.3 cents per gallon more than a month ago.
The national average has increased 5.6 cents per gallon during the last month and is 25.3 cents per gallon more than a year ago.
