Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - It has been three weeks since the Obama administration rolled out the Affordable Care Act, and the website has been plagued with issues.

On Monday, President Obama plans to address the nation about the widespread problems.

Many in need of health insurance are trying to enroll time and time again -- only to face glitches and errors.

The President is expected to talk about steps the administration is taking to fix the glitches. That includes ramping up staffing at call centers and bringing in more technology experts.
