Police Pursuit Ends in Three Car Crash

Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - A three car crash leaves seven people injured in Buffalo. State police say it began when officers tried pulling over a Jeep.

State police say the Jeep ran from police around Niagara Square around 4:15 in the afternoon on Sunday.

The chase ended up at Delaware and Edward Streets, where officers say the Jeep blew through a red light and crashed into a Hyundai and a Ford Fusion.

Police say everybody in the three-car collision sustained injuries.

Injuries included cuts and bruises, broken bones and concussions.

Police arrested two suspects. Both were inside the Jeep at the time of the crash.

The suspects remain in ECMC. Police are not releasing their identities at this time.
