Park Ranger Uses Stun Gun on Man Walking Dogs Without Leash

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, a National Park Service ranger in California used a stun gun Sunday on a man who was walking two dogs without leashes.

The man allegedly gave the ranger a false name and walked away after the ranger asked him to remain at the scene before he was subdued with the stun gun. according to the Chronicle report.
