HAMBURG, NY (WKBW) Parents in the Hamburg Central School District are upset with how this summer has panned out.

Many say the scandalous actions by the Board of Education and the Superintendent have taken time, money and attention away from issues that need addressing.

This year, parents say class sizes in Hamburg have sky rocketed. Some classrooms have as many as 28 students per class.

Money, also has been a big problem. Hamburg Schools recently released it's legal bills, and the thousands of dollars alone spent on removal hearings for board member Catherine Forcucci could have hired three teachers.

Meanwhile, Forcucci's fate on the board could be decided tonight, as the hearing officer shares his findings with the board of education.
