ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW/Release) - The Orchard Park police department is attempting to identify the individuals in the attached photographs after receiving a report from the Signal Hills California police.
The unknown individuals used a victim's Kinecta FCU MasterCard Debit account to purchase Target Gift cards at the Target store located at 5622 Amanda Lane, Orchard Park.
Five transactions were made on August 24th, with gift card purchases of for $150 each.
