West Seneca, NY (WKBW) - First responders came to 830 Union Road in West Seneca three times between 7:00 on Monday evening and Tuesday morning.

In that final call, paramedics and law enforcement responded to a person who fell through the second floor of the charred building. Eyewitnesses say the individual was conscious afterwards and taken away in an ambulance.

Meanwhile, a fire is under investigation at the same address. At about 3:30 in the morning, someone driving by the home saw light smoke coming from the house. By the time fire crews arrived a few minutes later, the house was fully engulfed in flames.

The residents had left the home the evening before, after crews responded to the same home for a small electrical fire in the attic.
