No Jail for Barry Bonds

Barry Bonds is not going to jail.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, a California judge on Friday sentenced baseball's all-time home run king to two years of probation, 30 days of home confinement and 250 hours of community service following his conviction on an obstruction fo justice charge related to the Balco steroids scandal.

The judge has also agreed to stay the sentence while Bonds appeals his conviction, according to the Mercury News.
