At Frankie's Donuts on Portage Road in Niagara Falls they don't just serve dozens of donuts, you'll also find dozens of opinions on whether a Buffalo Bills stadium would work in the Cataract City.

"If something like that would happen here it would be good all the way down the Niagara River!" said Steve Snyder who lives in Niagara Falls.

"I don't think they have enough people here to support that stadium. They have a beautiful stadium in Buffalo, they should just revamp that. Maybe they should put a dome on it. That would be very nice," stated Niagara Falls resident Ronald Dziedzic.

New York City billionaire developer Howard Milstein is the latest name surfacing among possible buyers of the Buffalo Bills.

Milstein is a former owner of the New York Islanders hockey team and he tried to buy the Washington Redskins and Cleveland Browns.

His reps wouldn't comment on whether he's interested in the Bills.
