A Niagara County Sheriff's deputy who pleaded guilty to child endangerment has resigned.
Kevin Rohde, 32, was suspended from the force after investigators charged him with having sex with a 13-year-old girl when he was 18.
The process to fire Rhode was underway, but he handed in his resignation last week.
