LOCKPORT, NY (WKBW) - 17-year-old Tawfiq Baity has Cerebral Palsy and needs a wheelchair. Last March, Eyewitness News cameras were rolling when he got to meet his idol, New England Patriots player and Western New York native Rob Gronkowski.

"He was like very excited," said Hass Saddigue. "He loved it."

Saddigue helped to organize the surprise meeting. He runs Project S.W.A.G.G., which helps young people like Baity make their dreams a reality.

Gronkowski popped in at Lockport High School unannounced to surprise Baity.

"It was intended for him to go to a football game in New England at Gillette Stadium. We weren't able to get him there because of his condition," Saddigue said.

Now, Baity has been cleared for travel and Project S.W.A.G.G. is taking him to the Boston area this weekend.

He will get to watch the New England game Sunday night. The trip is a surprise.

You can help Baity's dream come true. Go to www.indiegogo.com and search for his fund raising page.

Baity requires special transportation and a health aide while traveling, so Saddigue is helping to raise money for the trip.
