Niagara Falls, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) The Niagara Falls mother accused of forcing her teenage daughter to fight was in court Wednesday afternoon.
34 year old Eula McCray fired her public defender, forcing a judge to postpone the hearing until August 27th.
Investigators say McCray forced her daughter to fist fight another girl in a street brawl in April of this year, while she recorded it on her cell phone and then posting the video to a social media site.
McCray claims she was doing it to help her daughter stand up to a girl that was bullying her for months.
McCray told a judge she plans to seek private counsel.
