Albany, NY (WKBW) - Another woman has come forward with sexual harassment allegations against Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak (D-Cheektowaga).
Kristy Mazurek, who worked as the Assemblyman's Director of Communications in 2008 and 2009, has filed a complaint against the Assemblyman and the New York State Assembly. A notice of complaint has been filed.
The complaint accuses Gabryszak of taking Mazurek to his apartment, pointing to a flat roof area, and telling her "she could use said area to sunbathe topless."
Gabryszak also allegedly told Mazurek that "her outfit was hot" each morning, and asked if she and another co-worker could "dress in sexy elf costumes" and "sit on his lap."
According to the claim, Mazurek reported this behavior to Gabryszak's Chief of Staff, Adam Locher, and confronted the Assemblyman. Mazurek claims as a result, her salary was cut in less than half.
