BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Looking for a job is a frustrating process. Then there's the process of finding something relevant in your field, submitting resumes, and interviewing. This new service hopes to make the whole process much easier.

Video recruitment platform Wowzer announced Monday the first ever video and mobile job searching solution called WowzerMatch.

The app provides a brand new career exploration experience based on the way people communicate in todays world: through visual content shared with eachother through your smartphone and tablet.

WowzerMatch combines the ability to record mobile video responses with job exploration. It allows both companies and consumers to find their perfect match by getting to know one another better.

WowzerMatch also allows job seekers to discover new career opportunities, get to know the people and culture of an organization through photos and videos, and share a profile and record a short introduction video to send to recruiters and managers.

The new app is aimed at the seven out out ten job applicants who are now applying on mobile devices. WowzerMatch provides candidates with a more complete view into a company's culture and mission.

WowzerMatch will be a great tool to integrate new media into the job searching process when it comes out later this year. You can sign up to receive an invite to their private release on their WEBSITE.
