fitbit, a San Francisco based fitness company, has introduced three different wearable devices which all have the same function: To help you stay active, eat and sleep better, and manage your weight, all by allowing users to track their progress online and with their smartphones.

fitbit's Zip and One are clip-on wireless activity trackers that track the amount of steps you take, distance you walk, stairs you climb, and calories you burn.

One also measures your nightly sleep cycle, teaches you how to sleep better, counts the amount of times you wake up in the middle of the night, and will actually wake you up the morning.

In addition, the new fitbit flex, a new wristband still in development, tracks the same measurements.

All three devices sync to your computer and smartphone, which allows you to track your measurements, set goals, share achievements, and challenge your friends--turning everyday life into a social, achievable, path to fitness.
