BOSTON, NY (WKBW) State police have arrested two men for a physical confrontation with a 20-year-old man at a party in the Town of Boston on November 2, 2013.
22-year-old Mohamed Dhali of Lackawanna and his alleged accomplice, 21-year-old Nadiem Dhali of Lackawanna, are both charged with second degree assault, a Class D Felony.
