The website for the program received more than two million hits in 90 minutes on Tuesday morning, crashing it and causing glitches on the website throughout the day.
Early Wednesday morning, a message on the website popped up, stating "We apologize for the inconvenience, the Marketplace is undergoing maintenance. Please try again later."
