Man with 'Incredible' Life Writes Book

(Tonawanda, NY) From the 1936 Berlin Olympics, through World War Two, the Apollo missions, and beyond; it's all in Gunter Heinze new book, and it's not fiction - it's a first-person account!

Gunter Heinze was born in Germany in 1921 and has lived an unbelievable life in his 90 years.

He has shared 65 of those years with his wife, Elfi.

Taken out of Germany as part of 'Operation Paperclip' at the end of WWII, Gunter worked in England before settling in Western New York for his job at the old Bell Plant in Wheatfield.

Eyewitness News sat down with the 90-year old to hear about some of his amazing life experiences.
