ATTICA, N.Y. (WKBW) - An Arizona man crashed his vehicle Friday afternoon in the Village of Attica.

Police say 24-year-old Joshua Stoffer of Holbrook, Arizona, was headed East, swerved to miss a pedestrian, sideswiped a vehicle headed West, and went into a ditch where he flipped over.

The second vehicle was driven by Joshua Senick of Attica. He was hurt but not transported to the hospital.

Stoffer was injured and taken to the Wyoming County Community Hospital where he was treated for head and shoulder injuries. Investigation found Stoffer was Driving While Intoxicated, but refused a blood test at the hospital.

Stoffer was arraigned in the Village of Attica Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail on $500 bail. He will return to court on June 24th.
