Man Convicted of Shelter Burglary

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - 29-year-old Ernest Brown has been convicted of Burglary in the Second Degree, before County Judge Thomas P. Franczyk today.

Brown's conviction is stemming from the October 13th, 2011 invasion of the Faith Based Fellowship Shelter burglary at 722 William Street in Buffalo.

Brown was previously convicted of felony Assault in the Second Degree.

He faces a maximum prison term of 15 years when he is sentenced on September 18th, 2012. The case was tried by Assistant Attorney Patrick B. Shanahan of the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
