Man Attacked While Delivering Pizza, Opens Fire

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Buffalo Police continue to look for three suspects involved in a botched robbery attempt Monday night.

Police say four suspects attempted to rob a pizza deliveryman on Cornwall Avenue around 10:30.

One of the suspects reportedly beat the man over the head with an unknown object.

Police say the deliveryman then pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking one of the suspects.

The 18-year-old suspect struck by gunfire was rushed to ECMC where he is listed in fair condition.

The deliveryman was also rushed to ECMC where he was treated and released. Police say he will not face charges.
