LeRoy, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Batavia man was arrested Friday night for Felony DWI.

Police say 25-year-old Robert Hinett was caught making unwanted advances on a female clerk at a gas station. Police say Hinett drove to the Lake Street gas station and attempted to kiss the woman behind the counter.

When police arrived, Hinett refused a breathalyzer and was taken away in cuffs. He was charged with one count each of Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Refusal to take a Breath Test.

Hinett was arraigned in Stafford town Court.
