BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Buffalo man was arraigned Friday morning on a sealed indictment charging him with Murder, two counts of Burglary, and Criminal Possession of a weapon.

Police say 17-year-old Shaquar Pratcher, along with two accomplices, Justice Feggins and Jordan McKinnon, burglarized the residence of 96-year-old Levi Clayton on November 24, 2012.

The three men forcibly entered Clayton's home, and while inside, caused injuries that resulted in his death.

If convicted, Pratcher faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
