Man Accused of Jewelery Theft During Lunch Break of His Robbery Trial

A Tennessee man who was on trial for robbery last week faces new charges after allegedly stealing $45,000 in merchandise from a jewelry story during a lunch break in his trial, according to a story in The Tennessean.

Mark Burgin was convicted of a 2009 knifepoint robbery last Friday, and was arrested on the new charges following the verdict.
