A 32-year-old Maryland man was arrested last Sunday after allegedly attacking a fellow motorist with a live power line knocked down during Hurricane Irene in a road-range incident, according to a story on NBCWashington.com.

Police allege the man rammed the victim's car with his car before getting out and hitting and kicking the victim's vehicle, ripping off the antenna and bumper. The man then allegedly picked up the still sparking power line and threw it at the victim's car.
