Lockport- Just weeks after Lockport was hit with devastating storms, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has allocated $2 million in disaster relief funds to help homeowners.

You can head to the Lockport Municipal Building from 11 a.m. To 8 p.m. Monday or Tuesday to get help from state employees filling out the paperwork.

Millions of dollars of damage was done to Lockport and Niagara County back on June 28th.

Thousands of homes were destroyed and businesses have suffered as well.

The funding comes after New York lawmakers contacted the governor's office asking for help.
