BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - He's not only a good athlete, he's pretty good in the kitchen too.

24-year-old Jake Kaminski. Olympic medal winner in Archery from Elma, NY.

Kaminski now lives in Florida and has come home for the holidays. He's not only a star athlete but an amazing baker of delicious M&M sugar cookies, among other things.

He says he's excited to show off his metal but says it was a long trip to the top, there were many times he thought he might not make it. He got a tattoo inspiring him to go on.

Kaminski and his team carried the flag in the Olympics and he say it was good for the sport and its notoriety.

He says he never will forget the win that changed his life.

But no matter where his life takes him, he says there is no place like home especially when you have an olympic medal around your neck.
