A Western New York company is tapping into what they call the ever-growing "drinking culture." KegWorks was founded 15 years ago, strictly online selling draft beer dispensing equipment. How things have changed...

Now KegWorks has huge warehouses, offices and a retail store at 1460 Military Road in Kenmore. It is said to have the largest selection of cocktail bitters in the world, along with being the largest distributor of bar foot rails in the world.

Founder David Rivers says he gets a lot of "oohs and ahhs" when customers first walk through the doors. He says the store was created because so many customers were coming to the offices looking for a retail site and now there are plans for more. "We've got a lot of fairly large plans," he said. "We're going to give this store some time. We'll work out all the kinks and everything for a couple of years. Then, hopefully, 100 stores in six years."

And the online business continues to grow. Rivers says you can order off the website,, from about 150 different countries in their own currency. They get orders from places like Mongolia, all over the Middle East, Europe and more.

KegWorks now employs 50 people.
