Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW) - It's a terrifying scenario. A woman answers her door to a person dressed as deliveryman, claiming to have a package. The next thing she knows, the man storms into her home, attacks her, and takes off with jewelry. The man was caught on surveillance video outside this Buffalo home. The case is not an isolated incident.

Back in 2009, police said a thief wearing a UPS delivery jacket robbed the Tonawanda Community Credit Union. One year earlier, a North Buffalo man robbed a woman. She opened the door to let him in. He grabbed her by the hair, threw her to the ground, took her purse and took off.

The woman in Tuesday's case suffered only minor injuries and is expected to be fine. Police are warning residents that this man is still on the loose.

If you recognize him from the video on our website or have information about the case call or text the Buffalo Police at 716-847-2255.
