Interracial Marriage At All-Time High in U.S., Report Says

According to a report released by the Pew Research Center on Thursday, marriage across racial and ethnic lines is on the rise in the United States.

According to Pew, "the share of all current marriages that are either interracial or interethnic has reached an all-time high of 8.4%". That ranks as a significant increase from 1980, when 3 percent of all marriages were across racial or ethnic lines, according to Pew.
