BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Lynette Venezia gave birth Monday to her daughter Destiny while in Sisters Hospital. Lynette has been in Sisters Hospital since she was struck by a vehicle in a hit and run incident earlier this year.

The man accuse of the hit and run crime, Andrew Siwy, appeared in court Thursday morning, while Lynette remains non-communicable in the hospital.

Thursday, Buffalo Police arrest the husband of Lynette, Mark Venezia, after what hospital officials are calling "disruptions and unruly behavior."

Sisters Hospital released the following statement regarding Thursday evening's incident:

"After repeated disruptions and unruly behavior on the unit where his wife, Lynette, is being cared for, Mark Venezia was asked to leave Sisters Hospital last evening. When Mr. Venezia continued to cause a commotion on the unit, interfering with patient care, security called the Buffalo Police Department. They subsequently arrested Mr. Venezia charging him with trespassing. Security acted in the best interest for the safety of patients as well as staff. "

Eyewitness News has reached out to the attorney for Mark Venezia and are awaiting a response.
