How many of these 100 high-profile Western New York alums can you identify?

Here's a quiz that will challenge your knowledge of the past, as well as your ability to see into the future.

Click here for a slideshow with pictures of 100 high-profile alumni of Western New York high schools.

You'll see two photos for each person -- first as a high school student, then as an adult.

The text under the first image gives the name of the person's high school, the year he or she graduated, and the reason he or she is well-known. The person's name is added under the second photo.

Some of these people are world-renowned; others are locally famous. Many are still alive; some are deceased. They are placed in purely random order.

All photos and information were supplied by the schools that are cited. Picture quality varies, as you would expect. Many of the photos are more than 50 years old.

A few schools (such as Bemus Point High School, Fosdick-Masten Park High School, Kenmore High School and Williamsville High School) no longer exist. Their photos were provided by the current schools that succeeded them.
