BUFFALO, NY ( WKBW ) Videojournalist Stan Coleman shared his hope for the country of Haiti Wednesday with Patrick Taney, Ginger Geoffery, and Jaclyn Asztalos on Channel 7's "Eyewitness News This Morning."

Stan visited the earthquake ravaged country with the "Hope For Tomorrow" foundation, made up of a group of local prominent doctors and medical students who went to Haiti to assist people there with medical issues.

"I have seen things that I will never see again in my lifetime," Health and Science Student Erica Funnel said.

Dr. Jeffrey Meilman is the Chairman of the foundation.

"Some of them had significant deformities, things we would not see here because these deformities would have been treated years ago. There was one with hernia down to his knees," Dr. Jeffrey Meilman said.

Stan described conditions there as being worse than when he last visited the country in 1985.

Coleman's video was the centerpiece of stories Channel 7's Jaclyn Asztalos crafted to tell the "Hope For Tomorrow" stories.
