Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW release) -- Buffalo police on Friday identified the dead body found Thursday afternoon in a home on Roebling Avenue as that of 54-year-old Arthur Walton.
Walton's death has been ruled a homicide, and police are continuing to investigate.
While there weren't signs of a forcible entry at the home, there were indications that the house had been ransacked, according to police. Walton lived alone at the residence.
Detectives continue to determine what, if anything, may have been taken from the residence, police said.
