BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Help is on the way for the crumbling exterior of the Statler Towers in Downtown Buffalo.
The danger is of chunks falling from the building led to the closing of some sidewalks.
Two years ago, developer Mark Croce acquired the Statler Towers out of bankruptcy. Since then, he has invested millions of dollars into making repairs to the lower floors.
The outside of the building however still needs some major structural repairs and Croce is counting on state money to make them happen.
