West Seneca, N.Y. (WKBW) It's a weather combination that's created a saturated mess in many parts of Western New York.
The heavy rain, rise in temperatures and melting snow has caused flooding in the region.
Many creeks all around experienced rising water levels. The Cazenovia Creek had level that were higher than normal and many homes around the area had flooded lawns.
Officials urge people to stay away from the water and to be aware of their drain systems at home.
On Burton Road in Orchard Park Saturday a do got pulled by the high and quick waters.
Emergency crews were called to the scene and searched for hours for the dog, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Sammy.
