Hamburg, NY (WKBW) - Hearings will resume as fellow board members try to oust Catherine Forcucci from her position. Forcucci has been charged with official misconduct.
Hamburg Superintendent Richard Jetter testified against Forcucci for several days. However, his credibility has been marred after police revealed that Jetter confessed to falsifying a police report.
Sources tell Eyewitness News that Jetter lied to police, the school district and the public when claiming his car had been vandalized during a school board meeting. Instead, officers and witnesses say Jetter rammed a pole in Buffalo.
Board members and school district employees accuse Forcucci of berating and verbally harassing them.
Hearings resume Monday evening.
