HAMBURG, NY (WKBW) A lot has changed in a month for the Hamburg School Board. Hearings resumed today to get rid of board member Catherine Forcucci, for the first time without the key witness against her, Superintendent Dr. Richard Jetter.

Jetter has been on paid administrative leave for a week now, following misdemeanor charges filed against him in the Village of Hamburg for filing a false police report.

Jetter already testified against Forcucci, but many now question his credibility.

Testifying tonight was district staffer Jodi McNamara and board president David Yoviene. Both spoke about Forcucci’s loud, irate and irrational behavior during board meetings and beyond.

The Hamburg School Board is hosting a special meeting tomorrow night to discuss finding a replacement for Jetter. The meeting begins at 6:30 and is expected to go into executive session to discuss potential candidates for an “acting” and “interim” superintendent to lead the district.
