HAMBURG, NY (WKBW) The controversy in Hamburg continues as the board holds a special meeting to discuss the future of the district, and the short-term replacement for Dr. Jetter.
While the board went into closed executive session tonight, one board member came out visibly upset.
Catherine Forcucci left the meeting tonight in tears, saying it's a personal matter. Board members say there's so much tension and emotion on the board right now due to everything that's happened in the district.
Hamburg Superintendent Dr. Jetter has been on paid administrative leave for two weeks now, following a criminal investigation.
The district now wants to move on without him, and is expected to discuss interim superintendent replacements during tonight's meeting.
Meanwhile, Forcucci is holding a press conference with her attorney tomorrow morning at 10 AM.
