Governor Cuomo’s office has established a website and hotline for those with questions about the NYSAFE Act.
The website lists frequently asked questions for gun owners and licensed dealers.
The website will include a section on what is and isn’t considered an assault weapon, including photos, and a list of banned weapons and features.
The hotline will be available to the public starting Monday, January 21st and will run normal business hours Monday through Friday.
