You don't have to go to the ocean to go under the sea, just head to downtown Buffalo for "Disney On Ice: Mickey and Minnie's Magical Journey" at the HSBC Arena.

Skater Carl Linamen said there are four shows for the price of one.

"First we do the Lion King. Then it we visit the "Little Mermaid". We go to Hawaii with "Lilo and Stitch". Then we go to Neverland with "Peter Pan"," Linamen said.

Linamen has been touring around the world with Disney on Ice for five years. Now, he's back home in Western New York to show off some of his skills.

"I love being home and it's great to have my family come here and watch me skate," Linamen said.

Company Manager Arie Brasser said with all the fun and excitement comes a lot of work for the 65 cast and crewmembers. It all starts with the set up.

"We have a whole team that will unload and they set up lights. The rigging is extensive because we have a lot of stuff hanging over the ice," Brasser said.

Each performance space is different but the HSBC Arena seems to be a favorite.

The cast and crew say they are impressed with the HSBC area and the energetic audience here in Buffalo.

"You really can play to the audience. They are really loud and it makes it fun to perform," Linamen said.

"This is a fantastic place. It's a short push to the ice and has lots of space for dressing rooms. The people here are very accommodating," Brasser said.

So if you're looking for little magic under sea during these cold winter months the HSBC Arena is the place to be.
