Cheektowaga, N.Y. (WKBW) - Attention mommies across Western New York. Do you think you don't have time to workout? Stroller Strides might be just for you.

"It's empowering women, working out with babies. It's everything I could ask for," Owner & Instructor Kristen Hall said.

It's a workout class with both baby's and mommy's needs in mind.

"I found this group and it was amazing that I could bring him with me and work out. The price is super reasonable," Mom Alison Lovern said.

Stroller Strides Owner and Instructor Kristen Hall said it's about $35 dollars a month for unlimited classes, which she said is comparable to most gyms or you can pay per class. In the summer, they hit the pavement at outdoor parks across the area. When the weather is not so nice, they workout at the Galleria Mall before the facility opens.

"We'll start off with a warm up and then begin power walking. Then, we have stations throughout the mall. We use resistance tubing to tone and our final station is an ab and cool down," Hall said.

Hall said they are always thinking of the kids.

"We have a lot of fun and the babies become friends with each other," Lovern said.

Hall said the group is a support system for moms. She said it's making the women stronger physically and mentally so they can be the best mommy they can be.

"This is an open, honest group where you can talk about whatever and they are so supportive. I never met a group of women who have been so motivated to get health and show this to children," Hall said.
