FINDLEY LAKE, N.Y. (WKBW) - A Fredonia man was arrested for aggravated felony DWI Saturday in Findley Lake.

Police arrested 52-year-old Matthew Scolton. He was pulled over on I-86 in Findley Lake for driving erratically, and after failing several field sobriety tests, was placed under arrest.

Scolton was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .19 percent, more than twice the legal limit.

Because he was convicted of another DWI within the last 10 years, the charge was upgraded to a felony. He was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Mina Court, and released to a sober individual.
