Four Men Arrested in Cattaraugus County

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) - Four men were arrested in Cattaraugus County.

Police discovered that 21-year-olds Kevin Stafford and Kevin Beaver took a Seneca Nation Marshall's Tahoe while the Marshalls were responding to a call on South Authority Road in Killbuck.

The two took the vehicle to Old Route 17, where they picked up 26-year-old Jordan Buffalo and 20-year-old Thomas Williams.

The four individuals went to the gravel pits in the Town of Redhouse and caused an estimated $2664.92 in damages to the Tahoe. They were additionally charged with Possession of Stolen Property.

Stafford and Beaver were charged with Grand Larceny in the third degree arraigned in County Court and were held on $5,000 cash bail.

Williams and Buffalo were arraigned in Salamanca Town Court and charged with Criminal Mischief in the second degree and Possession of Stolen Property. Both were also held on $5,000 bail.
