BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - A former University at Buffalo football player died unexpectedly Thursday while working out.
Former Bull Saron Hood was at Texas A&M on an internship, finishing up his engineering degree. He was working out, collapsed, and was unable to be revived. There is no word on what caused him to collapse.
Hood, a San Diego native, played at UB from 2008-2011.
UB offered their condolences for Hood on their athletics twitter page:
