Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW) A former TSA officer faces up to five years probation. It's a sentence of felony drug charges.

29 year old Todd Stoddard was arrested back in June. Police say Stoddard was using and selling cocaine and was arrested during a traffic stop in Tonawanda.

Police had been investigating him for some time.

"He had a very nice life nice lifestyle had a nice job it did a thourough investigation it had nothing to do with work what he was involved in and he lost that job and his pension and all the rest of the things that come along with it so yeah i think he payed a heavy price and learned a lesson," said Stoddard's attorney, Andrew LoTempio.

Stoddard had no prior criminal record.

He apologized to the court today, promising the judge he'll never see him involved again in any criminal matter.
