ORCHARD PARK, NY (WKBW) The drama continues in the ongoing Hamburg Central School saga.
Board member Catherine Forcucci, who the board is trying to remove from office held a special press conference this morning, as she answered questions pertaining to the hearings that have taken place to remove her.
Forcucci's lawyer, Margaret Murphy is filing a Part 83 with the State Education Department to remove Superintendent Dr. Richard Jetter's teaching and administration license for good. This process could take up to two years.
Murphy feels that Jetter needs to step down immediately, given everything that has unfolded during his criminal investigation.
Jetter was charged by the Village of Hamburg Police in July for filing a false police report. His criminal investigation is ongoing, and is in the hands of the Erie County DA's office.
Jetter's lawyer, Terry Connors is not commenting at this time.
