WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WKBW) - Residents living near Lexington Green Road in West Seneca cleaning-up today.
This all after water as high as 10 feet flooded nearby roads Saturday night. Many of the people in the area have thousands of dollars worth of flood damage.
Some residents still have 6 inches of water in their basements.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz toured the devastated area today. He has not declared a State of Emergency.
He says he has contacted Governor Cuomo and Congressman Higgins to find out what kind of assistance is available for the residents.
